the staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to assist with any query or issue I had. the location was convenient for my meetings, and the room was spacious, which made my work sessions comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the bar and buffet breakfast facilities, although I wished the coffee from the machine was better. everything appeared to be meticulously prepared prior to my arrival, which set a positive tone for my trip.

it's nothing special hotel, however the breakfast here is incredibly nice and staff are consistently courteous. the service at the restaurant is friendly. it has great and efficient location close to a combination residential/ business park, business centre and the bus station about 200m, norwest train station about 900m.

The continental breakfast with juicer, food being replenished often is the highlight. The location is particularly good and efficient, 15 minutes' walk to a charismatic megachurch.

The location is fantastic, with the hotel conveniently situated close to everything. It's just about 200m from the bus station and approximately 900m from the Norwest Train station, making it easy to get around. you'll find shops, restaurants, and sporting facilities nearby.

The place was clean, and I booked the superior king room with garden views, which was great. the location was fantastic, situated in a corporate area, and very convenient as it was close to the bus station and nearby restaurants for dinner and breakfast.

We were upgraded to a King Balcony room - nice surprise especially as it was Christmas day. Also love the lobby bar being open until 10pm for drinks, coffee and light meals.

Bed not prepared for winter stay, did find one blanket in cupboard. Mattress cover visible through bottom sheet. Mouldy visible at base of shower screen. Staff quality highly variable. Bar unattended at 6.03 pm , happy hour finished at 6; room service staff unhappy she had to carry tray into room
